1 - the states, which have joined Convention TIR and have become members of the International association of hauliers;
2 - the states, on territory of which the international road haulage can be carried out in TIR mode;
3 - the states, which have joined the Convention on the Contract on the international road haulage (CMR);
4 - the states, with which Latvia has entered into intergovernmental agreements on the vehicular movement (or projects of documents are coordinated)
